Rytu Skirstomieji Tinklai AB - Notification on material event

Regarding the electricity distribution and public supply service price caps for the regulatory period 2011- 2013.

On 28- 29 October, 2010 the National Control Commission for Prices and Energy
approved Rytų Skirstomieji Tinklai, AB (hereinafter - RST) electricity
distribution and public supply service price caps for the regulatory period
2011-2013: 
•	in medium - voltage networks 5.20 LTL cents/kWh or 1.51 EUR cents/kWh; 
•	in low - voltage networks 6.71 LTL cents/kWh or 1.94 EUR cents/kWh;
•	public supply service 0.37 LTL cents/kWh or 0.11 EUR cents/kWh.

Taking into account that on 6 September 2010 the Boards of RST and VST, AB
(hereinafter - VST) approved terms of reorganization, which state that RST and
VST will be reorganized by the way of merger and new electricity distribution
company LESTO, AB will be established, the National Control Commission for
Prices and Energy on 28-29 October, 2010 approved LESTO, AB electricity
distribution and public supply service price caps for the regulatory period
2011-2013: 
•	in medium - voltage networks 4.89 LTL cents/kWh or 1.42 EUR cents/kWh; 
•	in low - voltage networks 6.39 LTL cents/kWh or 1.85 EUR cents/kWh;
•	public supply service 0.37 LTL cents/kWh or 0.11 EUR cents/kWh.
