Performance Results for the First Quarter of 2011

Referring to the unaudited data, during three months of 2011 the Group of <i
style="">Panevėžio statybos trestas AB (PST) was on the income of 40.7 mln.
Litas (11.8 mln. EUR), that is by 1.56 times more than last year and made by 29
percents higher before tax profit amounting 1.05 mln. Litas (0.3 mln. EUR). The
company of PST made before tax profit in the amount of 0.806 mln. Litas (0.233
mln. EUR) and was on the income of 27.9 mln. Litas (8.087 mln. EUR). 

“At present we are working in two largest construction sites in Lithuania: the
new process line in <i style="">Akmenės cementas AB and Combined Heat and Power
Plant in Klaipėda. The contract signed on 31 March 2011 with <i
style="">Akmenės cementas AB for the construction of a new process line is the
most important two-year project of  <i style="">Panevėžio statybos trestas AB”,
says the Managing Director  Dalius Gesevičius. <i style="">Panevėžio statybos trestas AB is one of the largest construction
companies in Lithuania. The company is certified in accordance with the
requirements of international quality, environmental, occupational health and
safety management systems. In the year 2007 PST won the National Quality Award
for the company policy and strategy, and also management, control of processes
and resources, satisfaction of customers', consumers' and employees' needs,
etc. 

PST won the medals of “Product of the Year” for the construction of Sports
Arena in Šiauliai in 2007, Combined Cycle Power Plant in Panevėžys in 2008,
Sports Arena in Panevėžys in 2009 and Tauragė Waste Water Treatment Plant in
2010.
