INVITATION TO RAMIRENT'S FINANCIAL STATEMENTS 2009 BRIEFING ON 12 FEBRUARY, 2010

Ramirent Group's Financial Statements Bulletin for 2009 will be published on    
Friday, 12 February, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. Finnish time (EEST).                     

Ramirent Group's Annual Report 2009 will be published on the Group website      
www.ramirent.com/investors on March 5, 2010.                                    

An analyst and press briefing will be held on 12 February, 2010 at 11.00 a.m.   
Finnish time at Palace Gourmet, cabinet “Konferenssisali” (address: Eteläranta  
10, Helsinki). The briefing will be hosted by President and CEO Magnus Rosén and
CFO Jonas Söderkvist. Please inform your participation no later than 11 February
