HEIKKI MARTTINEN RESIGNED FROM THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF VAAHTO GROUP PLC OYJ

Heikki Marttinen has resigned from his position as member of the Board of
Directors of Vaahto Group Plc Oyj on January 27, 2010. Marttinen has notified
that an interest conflict has occurred due to the company and Board
arrangements concerning some other corporations.
