New Employee Boardmember

Ms Fía Selma Nielsen has wished to retire from the Board of Directors of Eik
Banki P/F, and Mrs Hanna Thorleifsson joins the Board of Directors with effect
from 9 April 2010. At the election of employee board members on 9 April 2008,
Fía Selma Nielsen was elected employee board member and Hanna Thorleifsson was
elected alternate to Fía Selma Nielsen.
