CENCORP APPLIES FOR EXEMPTION PERMIT FROM THE FINNISH FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY
AUTHORITY TO THE DEADLINE OF THE DISCLOSURE OF THE FINANCIAL STAMENT, REPORT OF
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND THE AUDITOR'S REPORT 

Cencorp has today applied for an exemption permit to the deadline of the
disclosure of the Financial Statement, Report of the Board of Directors and the
Auditor's Report pursuant to Chapter 2, Section 6 of the Finnish Securities
Market Act. The exemption permit is related to the delay of the disclosure of
the company's Auditor's Report published earlier today.
