A redcution in number of HFF´s Primary Dealers

Due to changes in operation at Saga Investment bank, the bank has terminated
its Primary dealership agreement with the Housing Financing Fund regarding
auctions and market making of HFF bonds in the secondary market. The effective
termination date is Sept. 1st, 2011,
