Forward contract executed by Peab AB, 10.58 per cent stake in Lemminkäinen

FORWARD CONTRACT EXECUTED BY PEAB AB, 10.58 PER CENT STAKE IN LEMMINKÄINEN

On 3 April 2012, Lemminkäinen Corporation received a notification pursuant to
Chapter 2, Section 9 of the Securities Markets Act. According to this
notification, Peab Invest AS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Peab AB (publ),
acquired 940,000 shares in Lemminkäinen Corporation through a forward contract
executed on 2 April 2012. These shares account for 4.78 per cent of
Lemminkäinen Corporation's shares and votes. The shares were transferred
immediately after the transaction to Peab AB (publ.). 

As a result of the forward contract executed on 2 April 2012, the number of
shares owned by Peab AB (publ.) will rise to 2,080,225, corresponding to 10.58
per cent of Lemminkäinen Corporation's shares and votes. 

On 13 September 2011, Lemminkäinen received a notification pursuant to Chapter
2, Section 9 of the Securities Markets Act. According to this notification, the
percentage of Lemminkäinen Corporation shares and votes held by Peab AB (publ)
exceeded 5 per cent on 13 September 2011, and would exceed 10 per cent on 28
September 2011 upon the execution of a forward contract. The contract was
rolled forward, with a new maturity date of 2 April 2012. 

Lemminkäinen Corporation has a total of 19,650,176 shares. The Company has one
share series, each share entitling the holder to a single vote.
