Landsbankinn issues NOK- and SEK- denominated bonds

Landsbankinn has today completed its first bond issuance in the Scandinavian
market. Following meetings with investors in November in Norway and Sweden
Landsbankinn decided to respond to market demand with an issue of NOK 250
million and SEK 250 million. The bonds which are issued under Landsbankinn’s
EMTN Programme have a 3½ year maturity and bear interest of NIBOR + 2.6% and
STIBOR + 2.6% respectively. The oversubscribed issue was sold to 30 investors
in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and continental Europe.

for Landsbankinn in broadening its investor base and diversifying its funding,”

The transaction was arranged by Pareto Securities AB in Stockholm.
