VALOE HAS RECEIVED A NOTIFICATION OF AN AWARD OF THE ARBITRAL TRIBUNAL IN THE
CASE CONCERNING THE SHARES IN CENCORP AUTOMATION 

In its award of today the arbitral tribunal has confirmed that the 30 percent
ownership in Cencorp Automation Oy was transferred from Valoe to FTTK Company
Limited on 21 January 2015.
