HFF‘s Ratings Remain on CreditWatch Negative by S&P

Standard & Poor´s (S&P) credit rating agency announced today, 30 March 2010,
that it keeps the ratings of the Housing Financing Fund (HFF) on CreditWatch
Negative, after the local currency sovereign credit ratings on the Republic of
Iceland were lowered.
