Uponor Board organisation and roles

In its organising meeting subsequent to the Annual General Meeting, the Board
of Directors elected Jorma Eloranta as Chair and Annika Paasikivi as Deputy
Chair of the Board. 

The Board decided to establish an Audit Committee and a Personnel and
Remuneration Committee. The committee charters are described on the company's
