Chapter 9 Section 5: Nordstjernan AB disposes all Exel Composites shares 

Exel Composites Plc (business ID 1067292-7) has received a disclosure under
Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act, according to which
Nordstjernan AB (business ID 556000-1421) has through share transactions
concluded on 9 June 2014 sold its entire holding, 1,656,506 shares, or 13.9 per
cent of the shares and voting rights of the company.
