Amber Grid - Notification on material event

AB Amber Grid signed an agreement on the financial support of the European Union for the construction works of the Gas Interconnection Poland-Lithuania

Lithuania's natural gas transmission system operator, AB Amber Grid, and
Poland's gas transmission system operator, GAZ-SYSTEM S.A., signed a trilateral
agreement with the European Union's (EU) Innovation Network Executive Agency
(INEA) on the financial support of the EU for the measure entitled"Construction of the Gas Interconnection Poland-Lithuania including supporting
infrastructure". Under this agreement, AB Amber Grid is granted financial
support of the EU amounting up to EUR 55 million under the Connecting Europe
Facility (CEF).
