Orava Residential REIT plc has received information of the final result of Investors House Oyj’s exchange offer

Investors House Oyj’s exchange offer of Orava Residential REIT has ended 13 October 2017 and Investors House Oyj has announced it will execute the exchange offer according to the conditions of the offer.

According to Investors House Oyj the final result of the exchange offer is that 2,414,582 shares offered represent approximately 25.2 per cent of Orava Residential REIT plc’s shares and votes.
