NEGOTIATIONS CONCLUDED UNDER THE ACT ON CO-OPERATION WITHIN UNDERTAKINGS        

The co-operation negotiations concerning all Honkarakenne personnel in Finland
and made public in the stock exchange release dated 11 January 2010 have been 
concluded. 
As a result of the negotiations, on financial and productive grounds as well as
due to the rationalising of operations and the restructuring of its
organisation in Finland, Honkarakenne will terminate the contracts of
employment of 33 persons, of which 12 will be taken care of through pension
arrangements. Additionally, 45 persons will be laid off for an indefinite
period. The reductions and lay-offs will affect all employee groups. 
On 31 December 2009, Honkarakenne's average number of personnel was 303.
