LESTO AB - Notification on material event

Regarding the public electricity price cap for 2013

On 12 October 2012 the National Control Commission for Prices and Energy
(hereinafter - Commission) approved public electricity price cap for 2013 for
domestic consumers: 

•    in medium - voltage networks 35,517 ct/kWh (VAT excluded);

•    in low - voltage networks 41,736 ct/kWh (VAT excluded).

Public electricity price cap composes of these components: electricity cost,
PSO price, price of system services, transmission service price cap, public
supply service price cap and distribution price cap. 

LESTO public supply service price cap and distribution price caps for 2013 have
been approved by Commission on 5 October 2012. LESTO distribution price cap in
medium - voltage networks, comparing with 2012, decreased by 0,133 ct/kWh, in
low - voltage networks - 0,191 ct/kWh. More detail information was presented in
LESTO' Announcement on Corporate Action on 5 October 2012. 

Public electricity price cap for 2013 increased due to the increase of other
components of price cap. More information can be found on Commission's website
www.regula.lt. 

Final LESTO electricity prices and tariffs for 2013 will be clear no later than
30 November 2012 after Commission‘s publication. LESTO will inform about prices
and tariffs acoording to the laws.
