Change in Pihlajalinna Plc's Management Team

Pihlajalinna Group's Senior Vice president, Primary and Social Care segment,
Virpi Holmqvist has resigned from her position in Pihlajalinna and will move on
to new duties outside the Group. Her employment ends on 1 August 2017 at the
latest.

"Our collaboration remains regrettably short. I wish Virpi Holmqvist the best of
luck with new challenges", says CEO Aarne Aktan.

The new segment director will be appointed as soon as possible.
