NORDIC ALUMINIUM PLC'S EMPLOYEE NEGOTIATIONS CONCLUDED

NORDIC ALUMINIUM PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE Nov 16, 2009 5.37 pm 

Nordic Aluminium Plc started employee negotiations in compliance with the Act
on Cooperation on October 5, 2009. These negotiations have been concluded on
November 16, 2009. The negotiations were held to adapt the Company's operations
to the current market situation and in addition operations reorganization and
partial outsourcing. The negotiations concerned all personnel groups. 

The conclusion of the negotiation is that 46 employment contracts will be
terminated in Kirkkonummi facility. Lay-offs will be carried out immediately.
