IXONOS SHARE SUBSCRIPTIONS WITH WARRANTS AND INCREASE IN SHARE CAPITAL

IXONOS PLC STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT 20 NOVEMBER 2007                         

IXONOS SHARE SUBSCRIPTIONS WITH WARRANTS AND INCREASE IN SHARE CAPITAL          

A total of 500 shares have been subscribed with the Ixonos Plc Option plan II,  
based on Ixonos Option plan II series D/1 warrants.                             

According to the terms of the Option plans, subscription price for warrants for 
D/1 was 3.22 EUR.                                                               

The corresponding share capital increase of EUR 20 has been entered in the      
Finnish Trade Register November 20, 2007. After the increase, the share capital 
of Ixonos Plc is EUR 321,485.20 in total. The share capital is divided into     
8,037,130 shares, each share carrying a book counter value of EUR 0.04.         

The new shares provide the shareholders with full shareholder rights, including 
right for a dividend from the financial year of 2007.                           
                                                                                
The Ixonos Option plan II is based on the Board of Directors resolution on      
February 26, 2002, with the authorization of the Annual General Meeting. The    
terms of the plan have been published as Stock Exchange Release on February 27, 
2002.
