AMANDA CAPITAL PLC'S CEO                                                        


Amanda Capital Plc and CEO Petteri Änkilä have jointly agreed that Petteri      
Änkilä's  employment relationship with Amanda Capital ends on August 29th 2008. 
From that date on Chief Financial Officer Petter Hoffström will be the acting   
CEO of Amanda Capital Plc.
