AB ,,Utenos trikotažas” activity results of II quarter and of half year of 2010.

AB „Utenos trikotažas" company sales of the II quarter of 2010 reached LTL 15.7
million (EUR 4.6 million), the total sales of the first half of 2010 reached
LTL 30.1 million (EUR 8.7 million), and accordingly was by 5,7% and 11% less
than of the same period in 2009. 
Consolidated Group sales of the II quarter of 2010 reached LTL 18.2 million
(EUR 5.3 million), the total sales of the first half of 2010  reached LTL 35.2
million (EUR 10.2 million) and accordingly was by 4,8%  and 10,7% less than of
the same period in 2009. 
Positive highlight is that the company sales in the second quarter of 2010
increased by 9% and Group by 6% compared with the first quarter of this year.
Sales are growing for a several quarters in a row, although still remain lower
compared to last year. While more significant recovery in clothing consumption
is not apparent in Europe or Lithuania we actively work with both existing and
new customers and look forward to consistently grow sales in the second half of
this year.
