Abolishment of interim measures

On 7 August 2012 company group ALITA AB (hereinafter, the “Company”) received a
ruling from the Lithuanian Court of Appeals regarding abolishment of most of
interim measures, which were applied by the Kaunas Regional Court upon the
request of the claimant of the case Plass Investments Limited. 

The Lithuanian Court of Appeals decided to keep only those interim measures in
force, which restrict the right of FR&R Invest, IGA S.A. to manage and dispose
of the shares of the Company. All the other interim measures, applied by the
Kaunas Regional Court following its ruling of 16 May 2012 (as indicated in the
Company's notification on material event of 18 May 2012) were abolished by the
Lithuanian Court of Appeals.
