Announcement of prospectuses in respect of listing of hybrid core capital and subordinated loan capital issued by P/F BankNordik 


As DKK 180m hybrid core capital, ISIN DK0030278643, and DKK 420m subordinated
loan capital, ISIN DK0030278726, issued by P/F BankNordik on 24 June 2011 have
been submitted for listing on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S with first day of
trading 24 October 2011 a complete prospectus is hereby announced for each of
