The transaction regarding sale of the shares of subsidiary companies UAB „Žemės
vystymo fondas 1“,  UAB „Žemės vystymo fondas 2“, UAB „Žemės vystymo fondas 8“
of the Agrowill Group AB, is finalised. 

Shares purchase agreements have been concluded with Closed-end real estate
investment fund “Orion Agroland Value Fund I” managed by UAB “Orion Asset 
Management”. 

Value of transaction - LTL 17.68 mln. (EUR 5.12 mln.)

UAB „Žemės vystymo fondas 1“,  UAB „Žemės vystymo fondas 2“, UAB „Žemės vystymo
fondas 8“  totally own 1.900 ha of land.
