Zemaitijos Pienas - Notification on material event

Regarding the election of new members of the Audit committee

 

In the SC „ŽEMAITIJOS PIENAS“ supervisory board meeting held on 24th of Septemer, 2017 year new members of Audit committee (thereinafter – Committee) were elected. Members of Committee are Angelė Taraškevičienė - Chairman of Committee, also Zina Sakalauskienė and Sigita Leonavičienė were elected as members of Committee. Also limited 5,000 Eur yearly budget for its running was set.
