Dvarcioniu Keramika - Notification on material event

Due to the company restructutring

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2015-05-22 10:29 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Please be advised
that the Vilnius Regional Court has issued a decision to stop Dvarcioniu
ceramics restructuring proceedings. 

The mentioned decision  doesn't became definitive yet. The company intends to
use its right of appeal to the Vilnius Regional Court ruling Lithuanian Court
of Appeal.
