LESTO - Notification on material event

Regarding the intention to sign long-term loan agreement

LESTO AB, identification code 302577612, registered office placed at Žvejų str.
14, Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania. The total number of registered ordinary
shares issued by company is 603 944 593; ISIN code LT0000128449. 

On September 11, 2014 LESTO AB via Central Public Procurement Portal informed
the long-term 85 million. (EUR 293.488 million) tender bidders about the
concluded evaluation and the winner of the tender. 

The Commission of the tender has decided that AB SEB bank has offered the best
bid. The loan agreement with winner of the tender is intended to be signed
after the purchase procedures mandatory 15-day postponement. 

The loan will be used for outstanding loans refinancing and investment program
financing.
