Restructuring of Componenta Corporation and Componenta Finland Ltd commences

Componenta Corporation Stock Exchange Release on 30.9.2016 at 10.30

Componenta Corporation and Componenta Finland Ltd filed for restructuring on 1
September 2016 in the district court of Helsinki, Finland. Today, the district
court has taken the decision regarding the commencement of the restructuring
process in respect of Componenta Corporation and Componenta Finland Ltd. 

The district court of Helsinki has appointed Mika Ilveskero, Attorney-at-Law,
from Castrén & Snellman Attorneys to act as the administrator in respect of the
restructuring process of Componenta Corporation and Componenta Finland Ltd. 

The filings of the Swedish subsidiaries have been approved and the
restructuring proceedings have started on 1 September 2016 (Componenta
Främmestad AB and Componenta Wirsbo AB) and 2 September 2016 (Componenta Arvika
AB).
