Innofactor to deliver comprehensive system solution to AEL


Innofactor Plc Stock Exchange Release April 25, 2014, at 9:00 am Finnish time

Innofactor has been selected to deliver a comprehensive system solution to AEL,
a Finnish technical training provider. The integrated system combines solutions
for eServices, CRM, Document Management, ERP, intranet, digital work
environment as well as enterprise architecture. The full solution is estimated
to be deployed during 2014. 

The value of the contract is EUR 574,539 excluding the option to expand the
system with HRM and web publishing systems. 

The transaction strengthens Innofactor`s position as a key provider of
Microsoft based eServices solutions to the education sector in Finland. 

AEL is Finland's leading provider of technical training. AEL has served Finnish
businesses for more than 90 years.  It is maintained by the Foundation for
Occupational Advancement with representatives from the major labor market
organizations and key industry players in Finland, along with members of public
administration working in business development and education.
