Information regarding notification of resignation

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2015-03-04 15:20 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On March 3, 2015,
Litgrid AB received the notification of resignation from Mindaugas Vaičiulis,
the Member of Litgrid's Supervisory Board. Mr. Vaičiulis, who serves as the
director of the Banking Service at the Central Bank of Lithuania, resigns from
the Supervisory Board as of April 24, 2015.
