Notice Regarding Financial Indicators to be Achieved by AB Lietuvos elektrinė in 2011 as Proposed by Ministry of Finance

Joint-stock company Lietuvos elektrinė, incorporated and existing under the
laws of the Republic of Lithuania, with its legal entity code 110870933 and
registered address at Elektrinės g.21, Elektrėnai (hereinafter referred to as
the Company), whose data is collected and stored in the Register of Legal
Entities, hereby informs that the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of
Lithuania, while implementing the reorganization program of state-controlled
enterprises in 2011-2012, has drafted and proposed for public review a draft
resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania regarding defining
financial indicators of state-controlled public companies and public limited
companies for 2011. In the draft resolution it is planned that Return on Equity
of AB Lietuvos elektrinė in 2011 shall be 3,95%.
