REGARDING THE AGREEMENT WITH UAB "ČIA MARKET"

 

AB “Žemaitijos Pienas” has agreed and entered into an agreement with a long-term strategic partner UAB “Čia Market” in establishing that the dairy products of AB “Žemaitijos pienas” will make up at least 95 percent of the range of dairy products in the stores managed by UAB “Čia Market”. It should be noted that since 2016 an oral agreement was valid between AB “Žemaitijos pienas” and UAB “Čia Market” regarding 95 percent of AB “Žemaitijos Pienas” dairy products in the range of dairy products of UAB “Čia Market”.
