SECURITIES MARKET ACT 

Trainers' House Plc has on 20 July 2010 received the following notification of
change in ownership: 

Smartum Oy's holding of Trainers' House Plc's share capital and voting rights
has on 20 July 2010 exceeded 1/20. Smartum Oy owns 3,450,000 shares, which
represent 5.07 percent of the share capital and voting rights of Trainers'
House Plc.
