EUR 100 million bond issued by SRV more than two times subscribed

EUR 100 million bond issued by SRV more than two times subscribed

SRV Group Plc (“SRV”) issues a senior unsecured bond of EUR 100 million. The
five-year bond matures on 23 March 2021 and carries a fixed annual interest of
6.875 percent. The bond was more than two times subscribed. SRV will apply for
the listing of the bond on Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd. 

The proceeds from the bond offering will be used to secure SRV group’s
financing needs for the increasing construction volumes, especially the
developer-contracting projects that require equity and financing and for
general corporate purposes. 
Pohjola Bank plc and Danske Bank A/S acted as lead managers for the transaction
and Dero Bank AG acted as a co-manager.
