DOVRE GROUP EXPANDS OPERATIONS IN THE RENEWABLE ENERGY MARKET

Dovre Group's Consulting division expands its operations in the renewable
energy market. The move is part of the division's current operations and for
its part strengthens the Group's ability to operate in a new, growing market
sector. The focus in expanding in the renewable energy market will initially be
specifically on projects in bio-renewables with a later roll-out into other
renewable energy verticals. The division's service offering for actors involved
in renewable energy projects covers management consulting as well as project
management consulting services and tools, including sustainability issues
related to bio-energy projects and covering the entire project life-cycle from
planning to production. 

The division is also expanding its operations geographically and strengthening
its key resources. Mr. Per Dahlén will be joining the Group to lead the
Consulting division's renewable energy offering. Dahlén, who is based in
Singapore, is also responsible for the division's operations in South-East
Asia. Mr. Ronald Zwart, who is based in Rotterdam, will be taking the lead in
the European market outside the Nordic countries. In the Nordic market, Mr.
Petri Karlsson is responsible for Finland and Sweden, and Mr. Stein Bernsten
for Norway. Dahlén's and Zwart's in-depth knowledge of the renewable energy
market and extensive experience in business development further strengthen the
division's expertise in project management consulting. Dahlén and Zwart will
report to Head of Consulting Mr. Petri Karlsson.
