Notice on material event regarding adjustment of accounting records of shares of Įmonių grupė „ALITA“, AB due to increase of authorised capital

„ALITA“, AB (a company established and functioning under laws of the Republic
of Lithuania, legal entity code 302444238, registered address at Miškininkų g.
17, Alytus, the Republic of Lithuania, data about the Company is collected and
stored in the Register of Legal Entities) (hereinafter - the Company) hereby
informs that, having completed the procedure of increase of the authorized
capital of the Company, on 6 October 2011 the accounting records of ordinary
registered shares of the Company were adjusted. 

A separate ISIN code was assigned to the issue of the new shares of the Company
that were issued during the increase of the authorised capital of the Company -
LT0000128589. The new shares of the Company that were issued during the
increase of the authorised capital of the Company are not going to be admitted
to trading on a stock exchange in the near future. 

The Company currently has outstanding 20,000,000 ordinary registered shares
with the par value of LTL 1 (one) each: 

- 3,126,000 ordinary registered shares, with the issue ISIN code LT0000128266,
which are traded on the Vilnius stock exchange; 

- 16,874,000 ordinary registered shares, with the issue ISIN code LT0000128589
which are not admitted to trading on a stock exchange.
