Listing of Tieto's 2009 A Stock Options

Tieto Corporation          STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 15 Dec 2011, at 2.00 pm EET

The share subscription period for stock options 2009 A will commence on 1 March
2012 and end on 31 March 2014. Each stock option 2009 A entitles its holder to
subscribe for one (1) share in Tieto Corporation. Payment of shares shall be
effected on subscription. The share subscription price amounts to EUR 7.26 The
amount of the dividend decided before share subscription will be deducted from
the share subscription price as per the dividend record date. 

Tieto's Board of Directors has decided that stock options 2009 A issued in the
Finnish book-entry system will be listed on the main list of Nasdaq OMX
Helsinki as of 1 March 2012. New shares subscribed with stock options 2009 A
will be listed as additional lots of Tieto shares on the main list of Nasdaq
OMX Helsinki together with the old shares after the new shares have been
registered. 

The Board of Directors has also decided that subscriptions shall be made by
paying the subscription price and that Evli Bank Plc, Aleksanterinkatu 19 A,
00100 Helsinki, Finland, incentive.eam.fi shall act as the subscription place. 

Listing time schedule for shares subscribed with stock options 2006 B, 2006 C
and 2009 A in 2012: 

-Shares subscribed by and on the dividend record date, if any, decided by the
Annual General Meeting, will be listed on or about the seventh banking day
after the dividend record date. If the Annual General Meeting does not decide
to pay dividend, the shares subscribed by the day of the Annual General
Meeting, including this day, will be listed on or about the seventh banking day
after the Annual General Meeting 

-Shares subscribed by 18 April 2012, including this day, will be listed on or
about 3 May 2012. 

-Shares subscribed by 4 June 2012, including this day, will be listed on or
about 20 June 2012. 

-Shares subscribed by 12 September 2012, including this day, will be listed on
or about 1 October 2012. 

-Shares subscribed by 6 December 2012, including this day, will be listed on or
about 21 December 2012. 

-Shares subscribed by 31 December 2012, including this day, will be listed on
or about 15 February 2013.
