Satama Interactive Plc has received on 31 October 2007 the following notice of  
change in ownership:                                                            

Raif Nisametdin's holding of Satama Interactive Plc's shares and voting rights  
have declined under 1/10 due to a return of 1,490,000 shares on 29 October 2007 
related to share loan agreement made on 24 October 2007.

-OMX-forward trading contracts 34.900 pcs (3.490.000 shares, representing 8,46 %
of the shares and voting rights.                                                

-Aggregate holding after the forward trading contracts have matured on 20 March 
2008 will be 3.500.000 shares, representing 8,48 % of shares and votes.
