Regarding the resignation of Šiaulių bankas AB Supervisory Council member

Šiaulių bankas AB has received notification of Matti Hyyrinen about his         
resignation from office from 29 March 2010. The resignation is connected with   
the decision of European Bank for Reconstruction and Development to propose     
another representative to Šiaulių bankas Supervisory Council.
