Pursuant to the Finnish Securities Market Act (Section 9:5) Hartwall Capital Oy
Ab has notified that, as from 20 July 2017, Hartwall Capital Oy Ab's holding in
shares of Sponda Plc has fallen below 10% and 5%, and the current holding of
Hartwall Capital Oy Ab in Sponda Plc's shares is 0%.
