NESTE OIL PUBLISHES ITS ANNUAL REPORT FOR 2006

Neste Oil Corporation published its Annual Report for 2006 today, in English
and Finnish. The Annual Report will be mailed to all shareholders who owned a
minimum of 600 Neste Oil shares on 27 February 2007. 

A PDF version of the Annual Report can be found at www.nesteoil.com, and an
Online Annual Report will be available at the company's web site later this
week.
