IXONOS: NEW SHARES REGISTERED IN THE TRADE REGISTER





All 96 670 000  new shares issued in Ixonos Plc's (“Ixonos”) rights offering
decided by the Board of Directors on February 10, 2015 have been registered
with the Finnish Trade Register on February 11, 2015. The new shares will carry
the right to receive dividends and other distributions of funds, if any, and
other shareholder rights in Ixonos as of the registration of the offer shares
with the Finnish Trade Register. Ixonos has a total of 202 983 536  shares.
Each share carries one vote.
