Notice on the resolutions of the meeting of the Management Board held at 17 02 2009

On 17th of February 2009, Stumbras AB Management Board decided to become the
member of legal person „Dostavka Liuks“ (registration code 35983422), based in
Ukraine. 
Together with the local partner, Company will seek to increase the popularity
and reach of Stumbras AB production in the Ukrainian strong alcohol market.
