CANCELING OF ASPOCOMP GROUP PLC’S OWN SHARES

Aspocomp Group Plc has cancelled 5 shares held by the company. After the
canceling of mentioned shares the total number of the company's shares is
divisible by ten making it possible to implement the proposal of the Board of
Directors relating to a reverse share split as set out in section 6 of the
summons to the Extraordinary General Meeting published on 28 November 2011. 

The change in the number of shares has been noted in the Trade Register on 15
December 2011. After the canceling, the number of shares of Aspocomp Group Plc
is 62,179,480.
