Change in Affecto's holding of treasury shares

Affecto has conveyed 16,508 treasury shares to the members of the Affecto Board of Directors as a part of the Board members' annual remuneration in accordance with the decision of the Annual General Meeting on 7 April 2017. The amount of shares is based on the monthly remuneration decided by the Annual General Meeting and Affecto's average share price between 23 August 2017 and 24 August 2017.

Following the issue of shares, Affecto holds 805,466 shares in treasury.
