Affecto Plc's shares subscribed with stock options

Between 16 March and 31 May 2013 a total of 147 231 shares have been subscribed
with the 2008B stock options (FI4000041512) and a total of 139 450 shares with
the 2008C stock options (FI4000062229). 

As a result of the share subscriptions, the number of Affecto's shares will
increase to 21 892 735. 

The increase in new shares has been entered into the Finnish trade register on
11 June 2013. The subscribed shares will be listed on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki
Ltd and trading will commence along with the old shares as of 12 June 2013.
