Regarding the Pledge of the Property Created during the Project of the Construction of the 455 MW Combined-Cycle Gas Turbine Unit

Elektrėnai, Lithuania, 2013-06-12 08:30 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- In accordance
with the decision of the Board of Lietuvos energija, AB dated 3 April, 2013 andthe decision of general meeting of shareholders of Lietuvos energija, AB, dated
30 April, 2013, Lietuvos energija, AB (company code 302648707, registered
office at Elektrinės str. 21, Elektrėnai), in order to guarantee the fulfilment
of the obligations laid down in Loan agreement dated 18 February 2010, No
40324, concluded between AB Lietuvos elektrinė, which all the rights and
obligations took over the Lietuvos energija, AB, and European Bank for
Reconstruction and Development on 11 June, 2013 pledged, by second mortgage,
property named in the Loan agreement and created during the 455 MW
Combined-Cycle Gas Turbine Unit Construction Project.
