New shares in Nurminen Logistics Plc entered into the trade register

Nurminen Logistics Plc           Stock Exchange Release 12 June 2013 at 10:00 am



The Board of Directors of Nurminen Logistics Plc decided on 13 May 2013 on a
directed share issue without consideration by authorisation of the company's
Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 15 April 2013. In the share
issue, 16,330 shares held by the company and 108,009 new shares, or a total of
124,339 shareswill be issued. After this issue, the company will no longer have
any of its shares in its holding. 

The shares to be issued in the share issue will be used for reward payments of
the Nurminen Logistics Group key personnel Share-Based Incentive Plan 2011 -
2012 according to achievement of targets established for the earnings criteria
approved by the Board of Directors as well as for the Board's remuneration
payments for the term ending at the 2014 Annual General Meeting. 

The new shares issued in this issue, a total of 108,009 shares, have been
entered into the Trade Register today on 12 June 2013. The shareholder rights
will commence after the new shares have been entered into the Trade Register. 

After the Trade Register entry of the new shares, the number of the company's
all shares is 13,012,737 shares. The shares entered into the Trade Register
will be applied for public trading on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd on 13 June 2013.
