JARMO KANERVO APPOINTED AS CFO OF TIIMARI GROUP

M. Sc. (Economics) Jarmo Kanervo, 57, has been appointed as CFO and management
group member of Tiimari Plc starting from 1 November 2011. Kanervo started as
acting CFO of Tiimari on 12 September 2011, but the parties have decided to
regularize the employment relationship. Kanervo will report to Tiimari Group's
CEO Niila Rajala. 

Jarmo Kanervo has extensive experience in financial administration. During the
recent years he has worked as CFO of Cencorp and prior to that for example in
the service of Amer, Cultor, Finvest, Lundia and Paulig.
